When to use it

  • Inside a rich text body, when a screenshot is evidence for the paragraph around it.

When not to use it

  • For decoration. If an image doesn't make a point the text relies on, leave it out.
  • For more than four images. Split them across the sections they support.

Fields

Field Max characters Notes
Images 4 images Required. Alt text comes from each asset, so write it there once; it's read aloud and used in llms.txt. Describe what the screenshot shows and why it matters, not the file name.
Columns — One or Two. Two places images side by side on wider screens and caps their height from the top. Defaults to One, which keeps every image at its full height.
Width — Full, Medium or Small. Narrow a tall or portrait image so it stays under one screen. Defaults to Full.
Caption 160 Optional. Shown under the images. We recommend under 120 characters: say what the reader should notice.
